Shipping, Handling + Temporal-Geo-Politics

We encourage you to come tour our workshop in Denver, CO, USA and pick up your instrument when it is completed.

You are entirely responsible for transporting instruments to or from our workshop. We can ship and insure the instrument via several different services. USPS is our default courier. Even if a failure on our behalf requires warranted repair work, it is ultimately your responsibility to get the instrument safely back to the workshop. Generally, we will offer refunds, credit towards future purchases, and or upgrades that overcompensate any inconvenience to you incurred on behalf of a warranted error.

You are entirely responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and other related fees. We cannot guarantee shipping to all countries; however there is a good chance that if you are reading this website, we can find a means to deliver the instrument to you. If you are ordering internationally we encourage you to reach out and contact us before ordering so we can give you an estimate for the landed cost of your instrument.

Instruments that require shipping will require handling. It is on you to pay for the materials required to ensure safe transit. If an instrument arrives with any damage, it is up to you to document the damage immediately to all related parties. We will send you photographic documentation of your instrument as we ship it.

We aim to have every instrument completed within the initial temporal estimate. Unfortunately, for several reasons, we are unable to absolutely guarantee that estimate. We will provide you with updates to your guitar’s progress, and all orders can be canceled and refunded at any time.
